Return Process

  Go to 'Your Orders' in your account, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return or Replace Items' button to begin.

  Select Reason and Method

  Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu and select your preferred refund method or an exact item replacement.

  Choose Drop-off Location

  Select a convenient drop-off point, such as a UPS Store, Kohl's, or Amazon Locker, many of which do not require a box or label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your item is received and processed at our fulfillment center, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
